Excellent Location and Vibe
superb location nice view nice activities
The hotel's location was superb, right by the bus stop. The room featured a very nice view of the Aguille du midi. The hotel had nice activities, including bowling and video games for children. I am very grateful for this experience.
Housekeeping did not clean glasses, nor did they replenish paper cups or coffee and tea supplies. This happened during my three-night stay.

The room was spacious and included a kitchenette with a refrigerator. I liked the living room layout. It provided enough space for everyone. The mountain view was magnificent, and I appreciated the natural light.

The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any requests. Frederico, in particular, made a significant effort to provide assistance. He gave helpful directions and useful local travel suggestions, which I appreciated.

The hotel included activities such as bowling and pinball, suitable for families. I used a separate lounge where guests could relax and socialize. The ski bus stopped right outside the front door, which I found useful.

helpful staff modern bathroom secure garage
i found the front desk staff helpful. the room was nice and i like the comfortable. the bathroom were modern. the locked underground garage worked well for bike security. it makes EVERYTHING easier.
the room did not have a fridge. this became an issue when i wanted to store some snacks.

a wonderful getaway!
convenient station satisfying breakfast attentive receptionist
I enjoyed the proximity to the bus station. It made travel so easy. the breakfast was satisfying. the receptionist, frederico, was very attentive and helpful.. he really were great.
the room lacked a refrigerator, a slight inconvenience during warmer days.

cold room broken heater
the room i was assigned felt quite cold the heater in the bathroom wasn't working. i told staff i needed more heat. their reply suggested the temperature was sufficient for them. it was hard that our child was cold and had problems sleeping during the night.

lovely stay close to everything
convenient location helpful staff great amenities
i found the location convenient with easy access to the bus station just across the street. a short walk took me to the main pedestrian area with many restaurants. the hotel provided ski and boot lockers which was so convenient, and the staff were helpful arranging transport and lift tickets (i appreciated the qr code system).
the communal hallways sometimes had a slight smell of smoke (a minor inconvenience, but worth noting).

the hotel is situated right next to the central bus station. the aiguille midi cable car station is only a 5-minute walk away, and the town center is about 10 minutes on foot. it is very easy to explore the surrounding area.

the location was convenient , with easy access to the bus station.
the room lacked a refrigerator , a significant inconvenience during the summer heat. housekeeping did not replenish paper cups or coffee and tea supplies during my three-night stay. additionally , there was no power point in the toilet .
